Who does Fractional Ownership suit?

Is this a timeshare?
The main distinction between timeshare and fractional ownership is that with a timeshare you buy the right to use a property, but with fractional ownership, you are buying the apartment. You get a deeded piece of apartment, just not for the entire apartment.
Group allocation?
If you apply as an individual, you will be allocated into a group by us. However, groups can be formed by realtors/agents, one or more of the prospective buyers that want to purchase at the same time, groups of friends or family members.
How many nights a year can I stay, in my fractionally owned property?
The 14 nights will be shared amongst those allocated in your group in terms of the fraction owned. Example: A 50% fractional owner for an apartment or suite gets to enjoy a free stay of 7 nights from the 14-night free stay allocated to each investment unit.
Can I use a mortgage?
Yes, this model is available to mortgage buyers..
